They allow you to learn different positions as long as they are offered at your location. Allows you to get financial licenses and their bonuses are good.

Cons

- have to play the corporate game to get a wanted position - lowest pay in the industry - move on after learning how much you can

The company offers great benefits and really noticeable job security. This is the type of company where a lot of people choose to spend their careers.

Cons

From what I noticed, their technology really seems to be a little behind the times. Also, the company loves to express how much "diversity" is cherished which can become annoying at times.
