Pros

Culture fosters a central concern for clients, acting with high ethic standards and investing in employees. Great place to go early in your career.

Cons

Leadership picks "winners" and then it is hard to advance if you aren't on the it list. Strong "not invented here" mentality so not a great place to go mid career because you have to work hard to make your prior experience relevant or else you effectively restart your career clock all over again unless you come in at the Officer level. Comp is low.

Pros

Never have to compromise my values. Never have to sell products to clients.

Cons

Low wages, some decisions by lower level supervisors have been very hard to understand.
