Pros

Great to work for if you're straight out of college and too afraid to give negative feedback.

Cons

Beware....you can put in years of good service and dedication, but when you get older and reach your salary ceiling, they look for ways to get rid of you. They want the employee loyalty, but loyalty to you is tenuous. They say they want feedback, but if it's negative, it is not well-received and you are targeted. They wait until your weakest moment. I was a dedicated employee for 12 years and when I was going through a divorce, they chose to not support me when I was in a rough patch and instead let me go. Total disrespect to me and the loyalty and dedication I'd had to the company for 12 years. Disgusting.

It is a cult

Pros

Nice people, good benefits. Just be be careful how many bosses you have. It gets crazy. They rotate constantly. Some are good, some have no clue.

Cons

It is a cult. Nearly forced to donate time and money or be shunned. Low pay and they cut partnetship to nothing and after 15 years walked me off the property for complaining about a review that was unjust. Going to all contractors.

Pros

401K match is really nice, benefits as a whole are straight forward are nice.

Cons

Working here was like I was being kicked back to my high school days. As a new hire, colleagues/trainers were not very professional. Talked about employees they didn't like, new hires that maybe were a little more socially awkward. Management is not much better - talked negatively about people who quit like they have some sort of say in why they left. NEWS FLASH - YOU DON'T!!!! Was extremely frustrating to see supervisors act like this and demand that you treat them with respect. Overall, everyone is trying so hard to tell you this is the best place to work in the industry, when really it's not. It's like everyone is brainwashed to thinking that they really hit the jackpot working here. Your pay at entry level is terrible, hours are terrible, and management is cringe worthy. You will realize quickly that upward mobility is extremely restricted, regardless of what they tell you. And the best part is that when you get to the top, you're still making WAY less than your counterpart who got hired into the same role last week and doesn't perform nearly as well! How amazing! Not to mention, your upwards mobility is determined by whether you are liked. Highly political, and not performance based. Its like I'm in high school again, where somehow the popular kids got the things they wanted. News flash: not how real life works. I quit this joke of a job, found an employer that pays me more, and now I actually have time to live my life outside of work - What a concept! They also value my work and what I do to help the company. CRAZY! Also, the nautical thing can get really annoying. Some employees, specifically the ones who have been there for 10-15 years and have been spoon-fed crap since day one, will get on your case if you don't use the nautical terms. Give me a break.
