Great product and branding. The atmoshpere is casual, incorporating the skater/surfer lifestyle. You work amongst like-minded people for the most part which is nice.

Cons

Very small increases no matter how great your work perfomance is. Caps on promotions increases making it not comprable in the industry. No benefits for floor supervisors. The pay and benefits are definitely the worst part of the job and make it unbearable after a while. I have been there two years with sparkling reviews and only received less than a dollar in increases.

It has a generous discount with a friendly atmosphere, a very laid back lifestyle is supported but still had a professional outlook

Cons

its a high school job with high school drama, even if the workers there aren't in high school. the pay is about as low as it gets in reatail
