Decent pay as well as unlimited PTO (that you probably won't use)

Cons

No work/life balance. Throw under the bus mentality. No accountability. Lack of teamwork. No real training. Brown nose is necessary for advancement.

It's cool working with satellite Imagery

Cons

The company is making life miserable for employees. Merit increases have been about 2% company wide for the last 5 years. About 4 layoff waves in the last 6 months. Everybody is overworked. Continuously getting more strict with return to the office. No equity. They've removed health benefits and increased premiums. They preach "startup mentality" so we work very hard but don't get compensated as a startup employee.
