Everyday is different. Any plans for the day that you made just throw them out the window. The people are skilled, knowledgeable, professional and at times have time to discuss issues.

Pros

Cool mission, interesting work, lots of cool people. They had a cafe in house for breakfast and lunch so you wouldn't have to leave the office which was nice.

Cons

Not a ton of room to grow or progress. Lots of turnover. Communication problems.

Pros

-Super hardworking and diverse everyday employees. -Work on or near some really interesting projects.

Cons

-Massive, consistent layoffs; gutted by private equity. -Mediocre benefits at best; all of the cool extras disappeared years ago. -C-suite bloat. -Compensation is comically low, especially compared to competitors and the local cost of living. It’s a joke. -Crusty facilities for staff. -Work–life balance exists for HR, but not for anyone else. -Huge workload.
