Cons

They've been stagnant for years on raises, promotions or any additional benefits. It's a rough company to currently work for, but hope it gets better because it's really interesting work.

Pros

Good teamwork culture and helpful team members. Positive work environment, values driven. Moving to improve systems engineering cohesiveness. Pay ranges are relevant for the market. A good range of employee resource groups and events.

Cons

Cross-team collaboration is minimal - but improving slowly, Teams feel somewhat silo'd. Lack of documented processes / systems engineering in some areas, but there is a community of practice in place working to expand Sys Eng practices at the right balance of usefulness.

There were some amazing employees, I imagine some must still be there. Really cool work

Cons

Once PE took over, they gutted what used to be an amazing company and great place to work. Laid off massive numbers of employees, especially at higher levels, and piled the work on to the few remaining staff, who were often uneducated on the new tasks assigned to them. In typical PE fashion, they are running on a skeleton crew and barely getting by for short term gains. Really sad to see what was an amazing set of companies ruined by PE and the new leadership.
