Pros

There is free food sometimes. You can pick your schedule if you are a "favorite." Very gossipy and political environment full of "mean girls," so if you like to talk a lot and not work this is a great environment for you. Quiet quitting is easy here because management is often absent. You will get to miss work for ear check ups, from all the yelling your manager does.

Cons

-Poor Management: Management plays favorites. I got written up for coming in 8 minutes early, while my coworker worked two hours of overtime the night before. My manager gave credit for work I completed to another co-worker. When I asked why, my manager responded that I was not allowed to question them. I often got yelled at and humiliated in front of other co-workers if I made a mistake on the work or went a different route when completing a task. -No Opportunities for Growth: Management will just make "empty threats" that if you do not complete your work fast enough, they will report you to senior management. If you do move up to a management position, you will just be working until 2-3 in the morning; with little to no pay. -Zero privacy in the office: open concept is distracting. Noise and drama all throughout the office. Teammates will "tattle" on one another. -Repetitive process of overworking and burning out employees that they quit leading to high turnover rates. -Some people can have flexible schedules while others do not. If you have children, you can leave for your children. However, if you do not have children, do not expect a flexible schedule.

Overworked and undervalued

Pros

Travel and flexibility, if you have the right supervisor.

Cons

Extremely heavy workloads. Don't bother asking for help because no one has time to do their own work, let alone help someone else. Benefits are continually being reduced. HR tries to dictate just about everything (including how you interact with coworkers outside of work), but they are very slow to do anything and have no knowledge about the business, which causes so many issues.
