Good dev folks, Absolute worst management, Don't fall for any promises

Pros

- It was very surprising to find good people all around me, after reading up on all the other negative reviews. - Had a wonderful manager and helpful teammates, always eager to help. - Product development team in general is very great.

Cons

- They can let you go at any moment. THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE JOINING! - Do not think that you would be someone special and things can't happen to you. Always be on the look out for something better, if you somehow end up joining the company. Never stop preparing for interviews! - Its funny how fragile the management is, which can take such decisions on a whim and not care about the people they hire, despite of the supposedly kind words from the CEO

Pros

Great Healthcare benefits and PTO

Cons

- Too many inherited positions and titles, because they struggle to retain talent. Then those egos scare off or are scared by experienced talent that comes along. - Focused completely on time-to-market and selling the company. So, they cut a lot of corners due to timelines set by business and sales teams. - Systemic management issues a start-up shouldn't have. They left Vecna Technologies and kept most of the same problems. Ref Vecna Tech reviews - Lack of transparency. Kept in the dark or mislead a lot. - Non competitive compensation and stock options are too diluted by the life-longers.

Pros

Great benefits and friendly people.

Cons

Yearly unexpected layoffs due to not meeting sales goals. Overpromising to their clients, weak product. Keeping B1 visa and interns to save on operation costs. No work-life balance. Top heavy, decision-making based on nepotism and board choices.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree that our team is the best and we support them with the best benefits and a welcoming and supportive work culture. In the past we have had to reprioritize our product line – which led to reorganization. These decisions were not made lightly, and we acknowledge the impact. Immigration and interns are not a cost-savings for any company. We support the tremendous value that having a diverse team brings – which includes hiring foreign nationals. This summer, we hosted 27 interns – this is a yearly tradition enjoyed by- and benefiting not only the interns but our team. While we are a “startup,” we do have policies – one of which is a no-family hiring policy. This policy was put into place to ensure no one experiences nepotism or favoritism.
