They have nice care packages being sent to your home. Prior to the pandemic - the holiday party was fantastic HR doesn't mess around when you email them with an issue. They make sure they can help you out the best way they can.

Cons

They continue to pile work on employees without any merit increase. The person that's supposed to be a "manager" can careless about you. If the work is not getting done it doesn't matter.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments. Sales and operations management micro manage, and ignore advice/ideas of staff. Favoritism runs rampant. Constantly changing bonus/commission structures.
