      Pros

      I have never worked in a more friendly, welcoming environment. Everyone works as a team to support and educate one another. There have been many, many days in which my co-workers are the reasons I get through the day. Each department is equally crucial to the success of the company and every job has purpose. We have the opportunity to serve and support clients who play an integral part in keeping our communities safe.

      Cons

      There has been significant change with management; however, this has not affected my desire to remain employed here.

      Amazing benefits, health care, training

      Cons

      A team in business leverages all the strengths of its members. The culture here was more like a social club that had required meetings. If you could not make it to all the "team" parties and off hour social get togethers then you were not part of the "team".

      Pros

      The department I worked in was pretty laid back, manager was approachable and highly capable. Their online education products are top notch.

      Cons

      There's a double standard when it comes to some employees. You will learn very quickly which employees are considered "more valuable" than others and you will notice they are allowed to get away with things that are ethically wrong. Be careful, speaking from experience, there are people who will do what they can to defame you just so they can move up the ladder (and they'll succeed).
