Many teams are very accepting. The culture is great for many people, whether racially diverse or with disabilities. Benefits are complete.

Cons

Technological decisions are made by bullying, literally by yelling at team members. Also, don't be a female in technology. When you refuse advances, they get childish and endlessly petty.

Regarding your comment, we believe proper and timely communication is critical to our overall success and it is our goal to get this right. Management strives to empower staff with the resources they need to complete tasks and projects both independently and as a collaborative team. As we continue to grow and integrate new companies and products, we are working to improve procedures to best fit all of our needs, and while this may require a change in HR processes along the way, the result will be more beneficial to everyone in the long run. Recently we hired experienced team members to better address areas of improvement and work to meet employee and company needs.
