Toxic management and constant executive turnover hinder progress

Pros

A healthy relationship amongst most individual contributors Unlimited PTO (some exceptions may apply)

Cons

Executive turnover has been a constant in go-to-market functions, to the point where it is very rare to see the same combination of senior leaders for more than a few months. This leads to incredibly inconsistent vision, messaging, and execution. Everything is being pushed to have an AI-first approach, and this is clearly being driven by people who have no understanding of what the product currently does, or what problems we are trying to solve. Just adding AI to something doesn't make it good. There is a severe lack of basic respect from management on down; it's not uncommon to see Sr. Directors and above treat their subordinates with little to no respect — the condescension is real, which is doubly ironic when the people in charge are yelling at you about current problems and demanding you fix them without providing an ounce of direction, clear vision, or ownership. Career growth is a joke, with leadership making significant changes to the career ladder without any transparent replacement framework — embarrassing for a company that is supposedly a leader in tech. There is a definite culture of "PTO is for the weak," as people are expected to not only check in after taking approved time off, but also join meetings and complete newly assigned tasks.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the technology and the value we deliver to customers are highlights — that's something the whole team works hard to maintain. Your concerns about management clarity, resourcing, and operational support for sales are noted. We understand that carrying 500 accounts through a full sales cycle without adequate support is not sustainable, and we hear you that investment in operations and supporting roles is needed. These are real challenges we're working to address as we grow. We encourage you to bring these points directly to your manager or through our annual employee survey, where leadership actively reviews this feedback. You're also welcome to reach out to HR if you'd like to discuss further. Voices like yours matter, and we want to make sure the right people hear them.
