Veeam offers meaningful work, smart and helpful teammates, and a culture that encourages ownership. I’ve had opportunities to contribute, learn new technologies, and work with customers on real-world challenges. Leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback. Great people, strong teamwork, and solid career growth opportunities. Interesting work and a company mission that matters.

Cons

Workload can be high at times depending on projects and releases. Some processes could be streamlined to reduce time spent on internal coordination.
