Quickly growing company that values transparency and providing growth opportunities. I genuinely have a strong understanding of how the business is doing and what our main KPIs and goals are so we can perform as a team.

Cons

Growing very quickly, so need to keep up with business needs! I have seen the commitment from the company leadership team though to make sure everyone has the resources needed to succeed.

Veho is led by a phenomenal team that truly cares about their teammates and the culture of the company. Some organizations state their core values and don't back them up. Veho embodies their core values (Human, Ownership, Candor, Team Success) in everything they do. I have never worked in an organization where I feel as trusted and supported as I do at Veho. Supportive environment with the freedom to learn and grow True autonomy given to make decisions Promote from within regularly Approachable executive staff Feedback/candor encouraged
