-Pro & con that the company is a startup, so it is still being built out. There are many opportunity areas in terms of processes, but a lot of interesting things to solve for

I've worked for/with many startups and found that culture was always an afterthought. That's not the case with Veho! Creating a culture that enables employees to do the work of their life is incredibly important to leadership and it cascades throughout the organization. Veho has an incredibly strong team and we've built a foundation to go out and do amazing things. I find my work incredibly engaging because I'm solving tough problems with driven teammates.

Cons

As with any fast-growing startup, be prepared for long hours.
