The team is incredible and very collaborative. The company is solving very complex problems very quickly. Ton of room for growth and career mobility Very transparent leadership team who truly cares about the team and wants to see everyone succeed. Benefits are getting better as we grow and that seems like it will continue. The culture is amazing and supportive, learning from failing and growing is highly encouraged.

Cons

The hours can be long at times but we are hiring rapidly to free up people.

Pros

The culture is incredible. Everyone is so helpful and focused on giving feedback to help you improve. The CEO will go as far as asking for feedback in front of everyone during a meeting. People are encouraged to work hard as a startup but also encouraged to take time off and celebrate it. We have grown at an incredible rate in 2021 with only good prospects moving forward. This is a company you don't want to miss.

Cons

Being a startup, the grind can be tough some days. We need to work on improving our technology and have a lot of plans to do so but it will take a lot of time of course.
