Thoughtful leadership who really are trying to do the right thing for the company and employee base Company values are referenced quite a bit and you do see them in action in professional interactions The business is doing really great - it's fun to be at a company that keeps achieving new exciting milestones and winning There are a number of opportunities to raise your hand to take on projects you're interested in and/or haven't had the opportunity to own before

Cons

Given the stage of the company base salaries and benefits aren't on par with larger companies quite yet but I expect that will likely change over time.

Pros

Leadership prioritizes values in business decisions, which positively impacts our business. We are a hyper-growth company but one that feels like a strong family. We celebrate each other and our uniquenesses while getting to build a really fantastic company!

Cons

The only con is that some of us are remote. But, even with that, we have built into the strategy options that allow folks to have a hybrid option.
