      Pros

      Company truly cares about the employees over profit. Unlike any place I have ever worked. The company culture is truly amazing.

      Cons

      Health insurance but the other benefits make up for it.

      Pros

      Generous personal computer/equipment budget. As a developer, you can use Apple, Windows or Linux environments. Unlimited PTO policy Plethora of healthcare plans (cheap vs expensive, HSA, … etc) Food & snacks throughout the office

      Cons

      Only some employees can work overtime, however the overtime is now a bit restricted when it combines with their unlimited PTO policy. Physical developer office space is changing and currently not ideal however developers can pretty much work wherever they want. Depending on your position, you may or may not be involved with the customers Salaries could be better as they typically meet expectations as opposed to beating expectations. A bit of internal group stove-piping going on Middle-management is developing which can be both bad & good.

      Pros

      Engaging and satisfying work that will keep you busy and wanting more. Great leadership and teammates to work with. A lot of experience throughout the company to bring together great ideas and make them a reality. Amazing benefits from pay, 401k contribution, hobby allowance, clothing allowance, and PTO policy.

      Cons

      Nothing that I have seen so far.
