lack of leadership follow through, HR does not communicate well, centralization with no support, lack of complaints follow up. Do not hold each associate to the same standards.

This company is very cliquish and unprofessional. You can bring your concerns to management, but they are never addressed. I have worked for many companies, and this has been by far the most unprofessional. I won’t get into specifics, but the people do not handle situations professionally, which reflects poorly on the company. The pay is good, but it’s not worth the constant headache
