Pros

All the BCBA’s I worked with were so helpful, reliable and compassionate. They work with schools and in-home clients so it’s awesome to be able to experience both settings.

Cons

The driving can be very far, however they do pay mileage and drive time.

Good for get experience in the field, Mayority of Co-workers are amazing.

Cons

They don't listen to the clients, they don't provide enough support to RBT's, scheduling is awful and also, not enough hours.
