Pros
Lots of money to be made in commission, let me tell you. The job can can be great at times. Mind your own business and put in the work and you will make money but remember, you’re in a district and on a team.
Cons
When you have peers in that district with poor work ethic it will eat your team alive. The company will let these individuals feed off you until there’s nothing left. The district will always pull from the biggest piece of the pie. This is an extremely stressful job if you cannot manage time or keep your cool. The hourly rate is not great. You will have no life outside T-Mobile.
