Joining Verge Mobile opened up opportunities that other TPRs didn’t offer. I was a Retail Store manager for 5 years and was recently promoted to a Regional Field Trainer. The ability to travel out of state, teach and preach what I love to do on a bigger scale and platform is rewarding. Not only do we work hard Verge plays hard by inviting their top performers to a destination trip called Presidents club! #LosCabosWinner2021

I have worked for other TPRs in the past and this has been an amazing experience. The amount of support and structure within the company has been incredible. You truly are supported from all aspect/sides of the business. Also the pay for performance has been amazing.

Verge mobile creates an atmosphere of upward mobility and a winning culture by consistently redefining what’s possible. I recently was able to step into a sales director position for a week (my next step). This was an eye opening experience. I had direct access to the Vice Presidents and a huge amount of support from all sales directors across the country. I was able to lead region wide conference calls, and interact with my peers at a different level, which was very fulfilling. I have a better understanding of what is next for me. I truly enjoy my job and love the culture Verge drives everyday!

Cons

Haven’t seen any from my time with the company.
