The culture at Verge is the best I have been a part of in my entire career. In my tenure, I have witnessed a nurturing and "winning together" atmosphere. The Verge family definitely puts it's emphasis on family, and it can be felt at all levels within the company.

Cons

Expectations are high here. But this drives success and a winning mindset. Everything that is asked, all levels are willing to do with you. We have the map to success in all avenues, we just have to follow it to our goals!

Tier % are the highest that I've worked with and it allows for life changing compensation. Bonuses are aligned at all levels which creates a streamlined approach to selling! Everyone pulls in the same direction. The company gives back at all levels. GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND MAKE MONEY!
