Thank you for your feedback! We are certainly a great place for college students, that's a fact! I appreciate your candor in regard to your comment on the career path. This data might inspire you...of our 4 Sales Directors, 2 are internal promotions from District Manager and 1 was brought over from an acquisition. Of our 25 District Managers, 17 were internal promotions and 6 were brought over from acquisitions. Of our 6 Territory Managers, ALL were internal promotions from Store Managers. Our Store Managers are 72% promotions from within and our Assistant Managers are 94% internal promotions. Our back-end team supporting the field, i.e. Inventory, Sales Enablement, Data Analysis, Field Ops, Training, are primarily promotions from within.
