this is the only job where i felt like my manager cared about me and my growth in the company. they’ve always been willing to go the extra step to ensure i felt valued.

Cons

the only con is that i live 20 minutes away

Irregular schedule and dealing with angry customers which is to be expected in reyqil

You can make decent money even though you don't need a college education.

Cons

It's not a good job to have long-term, though, because it is a very stressful and terrible work culture. They do not follow T-Mobile's way of doing things, and it's a commonplace to lie to customers.
