The only pro is you get some compensation

Terrible upper management. Treated like you are expendable at all times. Poor pay. Overworked. Poor morale. This company doesn’t care about its employees at all! You are a work horse. They come in and purchase more franchises and then treat those stores and employees like red headed step children. Under appreciated.

Pros

Decent pay for the amount of work you're actually doing. Flexible hours for the most part if you aren't going through staff shortages and a pandemic. Solid commission structure that doesn't really change all that much unless they introduce a new product or service. (Or pandemic commission structure response.)

Cons

Upper management Minimal room to grow Low traffic stores are very hit or miss depending on your customer base, your sales may not reflect your skills if you have a particularly slow month because you will have to meet your goals even when customers aren't coming in/buying anything. *Beware T-Mobile Tuesdays!* (People will try to pull a fast one and get free stuff they already have because you may have forgotten to check their redemptions since the store will most likely be busier than usual.)
