Pros

The RSA's and RSL's are for the most part pretty nice. There is no cap on commission which is a bonus

Cons

The company can seem very "greedy" , and if you are not about sales then there is no point of applying. You need to make sure you are very comfortable doing "cold" calls and business follow ups.

Great commission pay-out, company from what I see is very inclusive. Sales driven, and high pace with new promotions and tools to help you succeed being available to you often.

Cons

Store management will make or break this job. If the manager works well and good at his job it makes that store better as a whole. so the major con with this company would be they appoint unqualified people to management positions.
