Opportunities for growth are the best. They're promoting constantly within the company. Very rewarding for long hours and and hard work.

Cons

Upper management have very high expectations and company changes their focuses rather quickly. You're constantly being watched for "opportunities" to do better. They also move sales representatives and managers around from store to store every 3-4 months.

You move up quick, decent benefits, in control of your store, get to work in the area you grew up in

Cons

You move up quick because they are extremely short staffed at times, need to train employees on systems not just phone trainings, you don't know what you get paid until 2 days before, reporting comes out very late, 45 hour min or they take it from your pto but only get paid for 40 (think this is illegal)

Thank you for your feedback! We believe in mentoring and grooming our associates for management positions. Employees who are exceeding expectations can definitely move up the ranks quickly. As for commissions, we are working on technology that will be able to speed up processes associated with the calculations of commissions pay outs.
