      1. Money 2. More Money 3. Free Health Care (including dental) 4. Even more Money 5. Liberal Rewards for Selling Products

      Cons

      1. Micro-Managed to make you sick 2. Only 2 weeks vacation (10 days)until you hit 7 years. 3. No clear-cut if you ever get sick policy 4. Will work 3 or 4 PM till 11PM or midnight unless you have 10 + years in 5. Work all holidays 6. Mandatory Overtime 7. Your tax rate will go up cause you make so much money

      Pros

      The only reason anyone works in the Customer Service Organization at VZW is because they need a paycheck. Besides that the benefits are good I guess. Nothing special about them except they start from day one.

      Cons

      No support from management. Horrible schedules. No chance for promotion outside the customer service organization regardless how far you are willing to move. Unprofessional employees. Annual pay raises suck you are lucky if you get 3.5%. I have been with the company for almost 9 years and not once have they given a cost of living pay increase. They give you performance agreements that 95% of the department finds unattainable.
