      Pros

      You can’t beat selling the Verkada line of products. There’s a clear market fit and verkada is solving real-life problems for customers every single day. It is a sales person’s dream to have the opportunity to get technical validation within 15 minutes of a demo. This place allows good reps to be great, and great reps to be amazing. I can’t imagine having as much passion and true belief behind any other product. You also get rewarded for your work with terrific compensation. If you work hard you get direct results.

      Cons

      There seems to be a target on the company from some of the older industry players, but that’s expected when you are doing something so special. The customers and prospects stand behind the product.

      Pros

      Compensation Opportunity This company is the best I have worked at(coming from a Fortune 10 previously). If you are willing to continuously work hard and genuinely apply yourself then you will be happy and make a lot of money here. A lot of people either aren’t capable or get burnt out on the grind and then quickly turn to blame the “culture” rather than themselves. Working well with your manager is a requirement in any sales organization. Do not expect to be coddled here. However plenty of training is provided and everyone is more than willing to help out especially when you are new. Bottom line: if you don’t mind working hard and want to be around incredibly driven and smart people that like to celebrate success then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Not much. Covid forced some of the amenities to get dumbed down but that’s not necessarily Verkada’s fault.

      Pros

      Verkada is a competitive environment. Every AE on my floor works hard and it is great to be part of a team that is all heading in the same direction. The product is easy to sell and prospects get excited about our features. It is the a well oiled sales machine where, whether you have experience or not, you will continue to learn.

      Cons

      We are growing so fast that their are continued changes but that ends up opening up a lot of opportunities as well
