Pros

- Free meals ( which are meant to keep you working nonstop and never leave the office ) - Health and dental insurance - Gym reimbursement

Cons

- Zero diversity and lots of age discrimination. They do not hire women or people over 30, they look for "sales athletes" who can talk about their glory days - Toxic frat/bro culture in every office - Very inexperienced management. All you have to do is outlast the other person which is very easy. Managers and directors straight out of college - Massive amounts of turnover and churn - No 401k contribution at all - Zero remote work - If you are not at the HQ office you will get zero support from HQ and get treated as a second class citizen

Sexism, nepotism, and corporate greed at its finest.

Pros

The snacks, SKO is in some cool places about once a year, catered food/doordash in satellite offices. Some of the managers are really amazing and sincerely care about you and you’re professional growth, but it unfortunately does not make up for the toxic culture. Good health insurance.

Cons

There is not enough I could fit so I’ll outline it - It does not matter how hard you work, it is 99% based entirely off your territory. I’ve seen new reps walk into million dollar deals on their 3rd week because they got an established territory and good partners. I’ve seen other reps be in for 10 hours every day and struggle to hit even 25% of quota - The amount of sexism in the office is out of control. The disgusting things I have heard men say about women, their wives, etc. The “Verkada incest” is a real thing, and the men here take advantage of the party culture and copious amounts of alcohol provided to force themselves onto their female coworkers. - The nepotism. Your brother, cousin, or relative is applying? Great, they’ll get a fast pass to the best territory with minimal amount of work to show for it. - During a meeting with a director, he stated we should not be “wasting our time going to the bathroom” - “unlimited PTO” here is a scam. Have a trip planned 6 months out? Well if you’re not close to quota better cancel because you will be berated by your manager. Even when you’re on PTO, you’re still constantly checking email, responding to slack messages, etc. - a female coworker of mine brought it to my directors attention that she felt our manager was acting sexist towards the women on the team and didn’t treat women on the team as their male counterparts (only a 1/4 of our team were women) and it resulted in said manager bullying her to the point where she had to quit because it was unbearable. - They work their poor AAE’s like dogs. On top of “talk time”, you’re studying minimum 4 additional hours after coming home from work to pass ridiculous knowledge checks (I’m talking 400+ questions verbatim). - you are nothing but a number to them. They will fire you without any hesitation and I know for a fact they do this so they don’t have to lay people off because that would look bad since they’re trying to IPO. - the “surveys” are not anonymous. Have any constructive feedback or anything negative to say? Expect to be called out in your team meetings and berated. - sales managers are very inexperienced. You will have a 24 year old managing an entire team because they had a good quarter or two and got promoted solely off metrics. - minimal opportunities to advance outside of sales. People who work here writing these fake positive reviews are drinking the kookaid. My therapist told me I had Stockholm syndrome from working here, and told me for months that I should consider leaving. The positive reviews are either from the frat bros who never mentally left college or recruiters desperately trying to hit their numbers. This was a truly humbling experience in the worst possible way. ~fin~
