You will be “just a number”. If you want to be happy, look elsewhere.
Pros
Meals provided? If that. Food has become inedible as the company has grown larger. Only true pro that comes to mind is getting my foot in the door of a new industry.
Cons
- it is a known fact that recruiters will say literally anything to you in order to get you to relocate. Relo package was subpar on top of that. - You’ll feel at home here if you enjoy working in a frat house. Music playing while you’re trying to work, smashing gongs and blasting music even louder whenever a deal over $50k comes in. - your success will depend solely on the territory you are assigned. I have seen people walk into a fully built out territory and start closing 6 figure deals within the first month, and I’ve seen even more crash and burn because the territories are split unevenly amongst AEs. This brings us to…. - Crazy high turnover. They are hiring so many new AEs that you will not be a person to them, only a number. In my tenure there was a mass firing AND a mass resignation.
