Pros

I really enjoy working with the smart, motivated people. It's a tight knit community, and the people by and large really care about what they do. I am constantly learning from my peers It's also a very relaxed working environment - i wear jeans and a shirt to work everyday, and sometimes shorts on Fridays. And i love having 2 monitors (some employees have 3-4), it really makes it much easier to work. management tries to provide all of the IT requirements you need to effectively do your job.

Cons

As a relatively small company, things change quickly, and you're expected to where multiple new hats as things change. Some people love this, some people strongly dislike it because they are looking for a more defined structure in their day to day activities.

* Salary is low which leads to.... * Constant turnover * No medical benefits but they keep promising * Few opportunities for career growth
