Pros

A lot of opportunities for advancement, so many great people to work with, and good company culture/values. I am never asked to work outside my 40 hours Monday-Friday as a salaried employee.

Cons

A lot of turnover (but that can be common in the industry). PTO isn't great if you get sick a lot.
