Pros

Coworkers took care of each other because all we have is each other.

Cons

The 6am shift had the highest turn over rate (people getting fired and quitting) because they have the hardest territories to set up appoinments for. Management would hold "Hush hush" meetings to ensure that the new reps will not hear it. However, I believe that people are smart and catch on very quickly - just as we all did. When a new employee joined, he worked for a week, drained all of his PTO, and then quit. Management would not allow you to ask anyone questions, so if you are under a new team lead who is still in training, you will likely not meet your sales target. As a result, they will fire you on the spot. Be ready to live through pressure of not performing and losing your job all together. It's a very backward sales process. Instead of being contructive and giving you solutions on how to improve, they will interrogate you and ask you, "What are you going to do to improve?" You apparently, are the expert. But if you want to survive, you will have to resort to cheating by not following the rules in place. I cannot be part of an unethical sales process, so I was always on the chopping block. Management does not like if you are friends in the workplace. They will always monitor you if you step out to walk with a coworker on your break or have lunch. In a matter of 5-6 months, 6am team went from 9 people to just 2 people - well now 1. Even if you try to talk to management in private, they would tell your private conversations to other employees. Communication is not prioritized here at this company and ironically, they're a staffing agency. I would avoid this department at all cost.
