It has rules and procedures so that you know what you have to do. But is flexible enough so that you can put you creativity to work for solving thing your way. Possibilities for advancing in career if you are good.

Being a big company, sometimes bringing new ideas that can change paradigma, are implemented very slowly. But even this could be a pros, because they make sure is a good idea, and once is implemented adds value. So is slowly but surrely
