If you get the opportunity to work here, take it! It's a wonderful place to work. - The people are great. Always willing to help and one of the few places where I felt like all groups are working together to improve the company. - Management consistently asked for feedback and was supportive of an individual's needs - The group was very task-oriented without micro-managing. - It's a growing company so lots of opportunities to experiment with new ideas. - WFH Flexibility is unbeatable

Cons

- The onboarding process could be improved a bit - For me personally, I loved the WFH flexibility, but I do wish that there were some opportunities to meet people in the company in person (Maybe once a quarter). This definitely helps forge stronger relationships among the team.
