Still a corporation with typical pro’s and con’s, but overall a great experience with some incredible individuals and strong core value. Would recommend to interested candidates.

Cons

Questionable leadership promotions throughout multiple departments, regardless of proof of conflict and/or performance issues.

Like I say in the title, the best part of working for VPP is how flexible they are. They still have high standards of excellence, but they're very understanding of employee's life situations.

Cons

So far I don't really have any.
