Cons

on call shifts might be stressful for the development team.

Pros

Interesting and challenging work. Remote work with occasional team meetups are really nice and allow us to execute well without the burden of a long commute. I feel a nice balance of autonomy in my role thanks to my supportive manager. Coworkers are generally friendly and helpful across teams.

Cons

There are some growing pains around how teams communicate and get staffed, but it feels like there's progress being made to improve this.
