      Pros

      Working under great leadership at the corporate headquarters. There a lot of cool people that you have the opportunity to meet. The office super nice and well stocked.

      Cons

      The corporate offices are pretty quiet. It is not an exciting atmosphere. And things can be pretty slow. And there is also no real training program at the corporate headquarters.

      Great Service Standards, Nice properties in fantastic locations. The company truly believes in extended training for managers. Like a family after awhile.

      Cons

      Not loyal to hard working management. General management changes a lot at properties. Company spending to much effort trying to please investors instead of guest.

      The GM is good, regular employees are cool, free lunches, free parking

      Cons

      Managers have major drama with each other, HR doesn't do their job, they start or contribute to rumors, no HR employee support unless they like you. No communication about anything to anyone. I would not recommend a friend to work here.
