Pros

Virtusa goes above and beyond trying to make employees comfortable in the office. Bagels on Fridays, Game days once a month on Fridays, office outings, fun people, foozeball, etc... Virtusa is definitely growing and in the future will probably have a lot more to offer to their employees.

Cons

The pay is way below industry standard. As an entry level employee you will more than likely not receive proper training. Most likely you will be placed on a project way over your head just so you can be billable.

The intelligence and talent exists to produce a quality product/service for clients.

Cons

Management is ONLY concerned with making money and winning awards. The employees don't factor anywhere on the firm's list of priorities. The employee experience is very poor. The infrastructure is worse than at a small start-up.

no pros only regrets after you join virtusa

Cons

I joined virtusa in USA from my other full time company. The project was for 1 year but they ended in 2 months without giving any notice. As usual budget cut was the reason. The manager stopped talking, no access to emails, no one will talk to you . You will feel as if you are a sophisticated criminal.
