      Pros

      Ability to travel globally and understand different cultures. Learn about a variety of interesting industries, Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Telecom.

      Cons

      The core value of Respect is a word on a poster. I have witnessed finger-pointing, name-calling, and swearing on a daily basis. Very unprofessional behavior.

      Pros

      There is lot of work and newer technologies to be experimented. But this depends on your end client not Virtusa. Ground level folks are generally nice to work with and cooperative . I was satisfied with my pay but my colleagues who were with company for more than 5-6 years and overworked as hell, were very much underpaid. (Dear management, yes we talk salaries! )

      Cons

      1. Well, its a majorly 'South Indian' or rather 'Telugu' company. Culturally, it is very hard to fit in if you dont belong to those regions or language group. 2. Management plays major manipulation games . Contractors be aware. Your position in this company will be never be secured enough.During my tenure, I saw people being laid off left and right even if client needed them. 3. Cheaper resource > talented resource.
