Pros

Vacation policy, Good clients, Health insurance Work life balance depends on your project. I have seen employees who left & stayed because of this reason.

Cons

Salary. HR's will take advantage of your situation, get everything in written confirmation on offer letter. If you have to work on work visa, get written confirmation on your sponsorship as well. Managers/HR's are mostly work visa workers, they know when you can make a move & when you can't. They will take advantage of your situation. Your salary/visa sponsorship requests will get done only when they get to know, if you are leaving them. Try to be smart, don't take anything granted for everything HR says on phone. Get all your concerns addressed on written confirmation only.

Pros

Pay is decent but expect no feedback from the company. Most likely you will be on your own if you like that

Cons

Avoid at all cost. There are very eager to hire you then it takes forever to onboard. The HR is very unresponsive and let’s you be in the dark and fend for yourself.

- No structured appraisal system - No plan for salary increment - Commitments made by management are not kept. Ensure that you have things in writing before agreeing to any terms or incentives offered by the company - Does not foster optimization and improvement suggestions. In case you highlight any shortcomings in the team, you will be targeted while the other individuals will get the support of management - Gradually lost big clients due to lack of initiative of management. Very slow at adapting to changing situations at client side. In case you happen to be proactive in furthering eTouch's interests, you will not get any backing and instead will be questioned "Why are you doing this?" etc - Associates at client location will not be professional and management does not do anything to ensure professionalism and discipline. You will be end up fighting your own battle, while the unprofessional and indisciplined employees will get backing from management - No salary growth for general employees, while senior management keeps increasing their assets
