Pros

Good and caring coworkers

Cons

Poor work life balance. Company only cares about employees who bring in sales and negative behavior towards employees by senior leadership.

Pros

You are exposed to a great amount of different technologies. Monday catered food, which really seems more of a compliance and is also a throw back to better times. A nice gymnasium to look upon and ponder who has time to use it. Caffeine lots of nice caffeine options from coke to coffee machine.

Cons

This was once a company people clambered to get into, this was the company that was innovative and brought new ways to do wondrous things with technology, where you could find top talent and learn from them. Sadly those days are gone; you are now part of an outsourcing machine that has made it very clear that money is first. You always knew money was the goal but it was fun and you wanted to make money for the company, what you did mattered. Now you are told over and over that we are expensive, what one makes here they can hire several over there. That is very disheartening and destroys moral. The exposure to different technologies is just that exposure. They will never help you become an expert at any one thing; you must seek out training on your own, you must enhance your own skill sets and find ways to improve yourself, which is something someone should always do, but no direction or assistance is given from the company, they are more than willing to fully take advantage of any advancement in skills or new skills obtained but no assistance will be given. Once they no longer have a need for you or deem you too expensive for profit margins you are cast aside with promises of finding a spot for you. This in itself is troubling as you really do not feel like you work for the company you feel more like a contractor that is only hired for a short amount of time and when that time is up has to beg to find a new position within the company. You must prove you are worthy to stay, you must show them something else they can use from you in order to deem you worthy enough to stay.

Pros

This is a fantastic place to start your IT career. Access to a wide rage of technology and the pay isn't bad at all.

Cons

This is no place to call home. The company doesn't care about their employees at all and turn over is high.
