Pros

Helpful coworkers, Monday catered lunch, nice offices in downtown area, able to work from home one data a week, wellness programs (for now).

Cons

There is no attempt to review or guide younger employees. You are left on an island with the no help other than coworkers. Management would constantly tell you there would be reviews and mentoring meetings but never scheduled them, or outright canceled them. The culture changes dramatically when acquisition happened.

Stability in the role once you find the groove

Cons

Slow growth and frequent changes before you settle in the project. It is either 1-2 months or 2+years tenure in any project. No middle ground.

1. Less working hours when compared to other IT services company 2.Insurance and Medical benefits 3.Poor Performers will never be sacked :)

Cons

1.No High Quality Jobs 2.Poor shared services and HR tops the list 3.Very poor resource quality 4.Politics at all level
