      Good opportunities to learn, decent pay. Lack of Diversity, Work with gun to your head

      For those looking to learn, there are ample opportunities as you are in consulting environment. Decent pay for US hired employees

      Cons

      Sr. mgmt is literally there with a gun to your head makin sure you work hard. Micro mgmt. Clubby environment at the top. Not much flexibility in deviating from their "process'

      Confused management with a Confused agenda

      Pros

      1. Multi-cultural environment but it's slowly becoming more offshore centric. It used to be a great place, but definitely things are changing. 2. Strengths in Banking and Healthcare sector is a plus 3. Pay and Incentives comes on time, no hassles, as long as you are meeting your Incentive plans (which is not going to be easy here)

      Cons

      1. Company of Companies (there are multiple smaller companies and cultures within this company) that affect decision making. Central teams suffer. Find out whether you are landing within BU or central. If you are in central team, stay out of this place. 2. Everyone from Director until SVP play the same role and the designation is only a salary band. Know this before you enter here. 3. New vs. Old - newcomers will not be given the space and role to succeed. Old will win eventually because of the micro-company culture. Stay away from any new squads or teams being formed. 4. They adopt a hire-fire policy - particularly if you are being hired in a higher salaried position, you are definitely under pressure from Day-1 and the legacy people within the org will make sure you fail effectively. 5. Join only in a billable customer facing position. Avoid sales roles or any non-billable position with this organization. 6. People coming from T1 or GSIs avoid this place. You will get the shock of your career.
