They pay decent and 75% of the Virtusa employees are nice.

Cons

Virtusa has low quality clients that do not treat Virtusa as partners. None of Virtusa's projects are modern or even forward thinking. They need to better screen who they hire at a Senior Level. A consultant who was hired as a Senior Leads, actually has worse skills than a Freshman in college. It is incredibly insulting to the Junior Level Consultants that have better skills, get paid $30,000-$40,000 less and have to fix the "Senior" Lead's work. The Virtusa team throws their new consultants on the worst project for their first project because no one else in the company wants to work on the project. Work life balance is terrible.
