For decades this was an ethical company that cared about lots customers and employees. That all changed on January 1, 2023 when a new CEO, not Dr. Paul who is referenced as the CEO below, took over and terminated over 100 years of sales experience to put his people in place. Now it is a very inexperienced team with poor communication skills.
