Pros

Some very talented people work there. Good 401K match. Financially solvent, and transparent about financials at the division level. Leverages it's big corporate systems across multiple business units.

Cons

Big corporation with micromanagement at the top. Hiring of new employees had to go to the highest level of the organization. Slow at integrating acquisitions, but when they did, they selected the least consequential, most frustrating policies first.

Experience with older technology as well as some newer equipment in the semiconductor industry.good experience if continuing on with a career in the semiconductor industry.

Cons

Working with dangerous gasses and chemical’s, Repetitive work very monotonous same job for many years without promotion random layoffs where you are stopped at front door and walked out with no clue what happened.

Ok benefits. Very friendly people. The 2nd shift supervisor is wonderful. He is also the only supervisor that listens to employees & treats them like people.

Cons

The pay is awful. Communication sucks. All the other supervisors care about is kissing butt. There is no bonuses. We as employees have no representation at all. They don't fire people that actively going against ethics codes & company harassment policy. Over all I loved my job, but I could not, in good faith, keep working for the company.
